Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

Please note: tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

All of our Shipping comes with Tracking as of April 19th 2022. Shipping to North America will take 3-6 business days. We offer free shipping to North America for orders of 75 USD and over). 

Canada
For orders that are placed within Canada, customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes -- these depend on which province the order is being shipped to. 

United States
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that this sale occurs outside of Canada and that you are importing your order for non-commercial (personal) use. You also acknowledge that you will be listed as the importer for US Customs and Border Protection purposes and that your order will be imported into the United States in accordance with the necessary customs requirements.

International 
We offer to ship to MOST international countries. Shipping will be between 8-60 days depending on the country. WE ARE SHIPPING FROM NORTH AMERICA.

Products Excluded from Free Shipping as indicated on the product display page: Free shipping may be offered to customers through Gradient website and mobile app in accordance with the chart below but will not apply if customers purchase certain products excluded from free shipping. Purchasing products excluded from the free shipping promotion disqualifies the entire order from the free shipping promotion regardless of the order value. Therefore, all orders including at least one (1) excluded product will pay a flat shipping fee equivalent to the fee "on other orders" described below for the selected service to the destination. This exclusion from free shipping is only applicable to customers purchasing excluded products. Free shipping will apply to eligible items where ordered separately from excluded items. GRADIENT has the right to change, extend and/or end this policy at any time.

REFUNDS (For physical products only)

We have a 15-day return policy*, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
